5. Reporting problems and getting help
Start with the person best placed to help. Your organisation handles workplace access and internal matters; Orgacha handles platform support and concerns about misuse of its service.
Who should you contact?
- For invitations, membership, your role, venue access or incorrect workplace details: contact your organisation’s administrator.
- For a subscription or invoice: contact your Organisation Owner.
- For inappropriate posts, messages or profiles: use the available reporting control or contact your organisation’s administrator. You can also report platform misuse to info@orgacha.com.
- For an app error: organisation administrators can raise a support ticket in the administration area. You can also contact info@orgacha.com.
What to include in a technical report
1. Explain what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
2. Give the date and time, your device and browser, and the exact error message if one appeared.
3. Include the affected page or item and steps that reproduce the problem, if possible.
4. Include a screenshot only when needed. Redact unrelated personal or confidential information.
Never include passwords, password-reset links, invitation links, API keys, access tokens or full payment-card details. Send only the information needed to investigate.
Reporting inappropriate content
Identify the content and explain your concern. Preserve relevant evidence only where lawful and appropriate; avoid circulating harmful content to other colleagues. Your organisation is responsible for its workplace processes and investigations. Orgacha can address technical issues and service misuse under its policies.
Is there an outage?
Check the Status page for the current API availability check. If you’re experiencing a problem, contact your organisation’s administrator or info@orgacha.com. The availability check may not detect every issue.
Urgent danger
Orgacha reports and support messages are not an emergency service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services and follow your organisation’s urgent reporting procedure.
