Orgacha Cookie and Local Storage Policy

Browser storage used by the Orgacha website and workplace platform

Version 3 | Last updated 11 October 2026

Orgacha is operated by Orgacha Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17486898 whose registered office is at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. This policy explains cookies, local storage and similar technologies used on the Orgacha website and application, why they are used, and the choices available to users.

1 How browser storage is used

Some storage is necessary for sign-in, security and requested functionality. Optional analytics storage is used only after the visitor accepts analytics cookies. Rejecting optional analytics does not prevent use of the core Service.

2 Necessary and functional storage

3 Analytics

Replit deployment analytics provides operational statistics such as page requests and visits to the published application. Orgacha uses this information to monitor availability and understand basic use of the Service. It is not used for third-party advertising.

Google Analytics is currently used on Orgacha’s public marketing website. It is optional and is blocked unless the visitor accepts analytics cookies. It is not used to track activity inside signed-in customer workspaces. After acceptance, it helps Orgacha understand visitor numbers, sessions, pages viewed, referral source, device information and approximate location. Orgacha does not configure Google Analytics to receive names, email addresses, telephone numbers, organisation identities, workplace messages or other Customer workplace records.

CookieProviderPurposeDefault duration
_gaGoogle AnalyticsDistinguishes pseudonymous visitors.Up to two years, subject to browser limits and Orgacha’s configuration
_ga_<container-id>Google AnalyticsMaintains session state.Up to two years, subject to browser limits and Orgacha’s configuration

Internal organisation and platform-admin reports use first-party Service records and are separate from Google Analytics. Rejecting optional website analytics cookies does not switch off necessary account administration, security records or authorised workplace reporting. These activities remain subject to the Privacy Policy, Customer instructions where applicable, role and organisation permissions, retention rules and individual rights. The Customer must give workers appropriate information about its workplace reporting. This paragraph does not authorise any additional non-essential browser storage without the consent required for that storage.

4 Your choices

On the first visit, the cookie control offers a choice to accept or reject optional analytics. Necessary storage operates because it is required to deliver or secure the requested Service. Analytics remains off unless accepted.

A visitor can change the analytics choice through the cookie settings control and can also clear or block cookies and local storage in browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or cause features to stop working.

The consent control remembers an accepted or rejected choice for up to six months, so the banner need not appear on every visit while that choice remains valid. It may ask again when the choice expires, browser storage is cleared, a different browser or device is used, or a material change requires fresh consent. Withdrawal stops future optional analytics collection; users may also remove previously stored analytics cookies through browser settings.

5 New technologies

Orgacha will assess any new cookie, software development kit, pixel or similar technology before enabling it. Where consent is legally required, it will not operate until consent is obtained. This policy and the consent control will be updated when relevant technology changes.

Material changes to this policy will be communicated through the Service, by email or through another appropriate method. The date at the beginning identifies the latest revision. Please also read the Privacy Policy for information about the personal data associated with these technologies.
